What kind of in-house support do you provide?

In addition to production management, we can provide support on graphic design, vendor management, inventory management, product R&D, and Asian market expansion. Please contact us to discuss how we can support you in details.

Can you send us free samples?

Absolutely! We can provide samples in reasonable amount at your request for free, you will just need to pay for shipping via your courier account or direct back transfer. We will refund you the shipping cost if we receive an order from you.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ varies across different products as they use different kind of packaging materials, each come with a different MOQ. If you are interested in customizing your products, please check with our Product Specialists for an accurate MOQ. For a general rule of thumb, our minimum order size is US$5,000.

What if my order cannot reach MOQ?

We understand sometimes you might not be able to reach MOQ for risk or operation reasons. Please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution that works, such as price absorption, packaging material inventory management, resource pooling, etc.

What if my order does not reach minimum order size?

Our clients occasionally will have orders valued less than US$5,000 and we will add a US$400 order handling fee to cover our overhead costs, mainly made up by shipping (for documentations and logistics).

What is your payment terms?

Our payment term is usually 30% deposit and 70% balance payment against bill of lading (B/L). We have other payment options such as 30/45/60 days open account or L/C for our long-term partners.

What is your lead time?

Our production lead time is generally 45 days once you approved the pre-production samples, sent us the final version of artwork for packaging, and transferred the deposit.

What if I want to use my packaging or fragrance suppliers?

We are happy to work with your designated suppliers. If you plan to use your own vendors, please notify us upfront.

What does your quality control process look like?

Before production, we will confirm the pre-production sample with you and align the product quality standard with the factory. During production, there will be three internal quality control checkpoints to randomly sample the product for quality assurance. After production, multiple shipment samples will be sent to you and kept by us and the factory to ensure the alignment on quality.

Can I send someone for product inspection?

Most definitely! Our clients usually send their quality assurance team or external partner for product inspections near the end of the production. For the purpose of streamlining processes, please contact us to schedule your product inspection.

Can you arrange product testing by external labs?

Can you keep the price for repeating orders?

We are glad to see the product doing well for you. In normal circumstances, we will be able to keep the price for a maximum of 6 months, sometimes even longer. In unexpected situations such as raw material price hike, we will have to adjust the price for your repeating orders until such situation is subsided.

We are sorry to hear that customers are complaining about the product, we treat every complaint seriously. Please get in contact with us to discuss the complaints and we will conduct internal investigations for a satisfactory respond so that your unsatisfied customers can be retained and future complaints can be prevented.
